TEENAGE MENTAL HEALTH

Chairman John Swanson attended an inclusivity event held by Durham FA last Month. One of the exhibitors was an organisation called KOOTH.

KOOTH are there to support teenage mental health and assist adults to support teenagers. Supported by The FA, Durham FA, North Riding FA and Durham Constabulary they have a raft of resources to access and online support available:

At our November Monthly meeting our U11-U16 managers were given contact cards to hand to parents (for them to hand to their children), The training support slides have been posted onto the clubs managers/coaches Facebook group for their reference.


Your coaches and Child Welfare Officers are always there to support and KOOTH provide an annonymous support structure for those who want it
