Go Fund Me

Billingham Juniors FC set up a GO FUND ME  page after out 1st arson attack, and what a fantastic response we had initially. The page is still open if anyone would like to donate and support our efforts to rebuild OUR HOME .

At the time we had only 1 attack and wrote

"As many of you will have now seen over various Social Media outlets our little clubhouse and grounds last night suffered from an arson attack. This on the back of the pandemic means the past 15 months have been a difficult time for the club. We will not allow this to stop us delivering many hours of training sessions and matches from safe environments weekly. Currently we have 160 children that rely on our club. The Village Ground may not have looked much to others but to us it was our HOME. It took us many years of fundraising and numerous volunteer hours before we took the plunge into ground ownership, for this to be then ruined in one mindless act. Our plan is to rebuild it in terms of a building, providing a better safe facility for the Billingham youngsters to participate in sport. Foremost in the short term is to ensure that each child does not lose out on one of their sessions. We have already started conversations internally around ensuring we come back from this Bigger, Better, Stronger.

Thank you in advance for any donations, please like/join our Facebook page and we will post all updates/plans/future thoughts.

Billingham Juniors Management Committee as organisers of this fundraiser will ensure that all donation proceeds are withdrawn and used solely towards rebuilding/improvement of the facility damaged by fire."
