In‑House Coach Development Leads

We’re proud to introduce our new In‑House Coach Development Leads — roles created following a direct request from Durham FA to strengthen our coaching structure and support pathway across Billingham Juniors FC. Chris Moore & Phil King will take up the positions.

These positions will play a key part in helping us grow, support, and develop coaches at every level of the club. Both lads bring energy, experience, and a real passion for improving the player and coach experience across all age groups.

As they settle into their roles, we already have additional development plans lined up, including enhanced mentoring, session support, and a clearer progression route for new and existing coaches. This is an exciting step forward for the club and one that will help us continue delivering the best possible environment for our players.

The committee is fully behind this next phase of growth, and we’re looking forward to seeing the impact these roles will have across the whole club.
